Thanks to Collins Electrical Company and the cinema sound experts at Boston Light & Sound, The State's auditorium is being brought up to the presentation standards of such prestigious film festivals as Sundance, Tribeca, Telluride and the TCM Classic. At last, The State's cinema sound system will faithfully reproduce cinema audio as the films' directors intended it to be! We want you to experience our cinema sound like you've never heard it before so, join us for a week of some of Hollywood's most enjoyable offerings as we debut our new system.

The new sound system was designed and installed at great expense. As a small, privately funded non-profit organization, we rely on the support of our community, and we are looking to you to help us fund this project.
